Villa Seduction occupies a hilltop area in the beautiful Aleomandra region, one of the very few areas on the island that provide breathtaking views of the island of Delos and some of the most colorful and romantic sunsets the world has ever seen.

The majestic property comes with ample space to accommodate all of your needs for privacy and fun, and a plethora of amenities, conveniences, VIP services, and luxuries. Always with your ultimate comfort in mind, it has been specifically designed to provide both the peace and serenity you expect from a holiday home and the lavish, cosmopolitan lifestyle Mykonos is so famous for. For that reason, it is divided into two levels.

Entrance Floor

Two spacious living rooms, an elegant dining area for eight, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom make the lower level of the villa an inviting gathering point to share special moments with one another.

Upper Level

All three bedrooms of the main villa are found here:

• 2 double en-suite bedrooms
• 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds or one double bed (depends on your requirements)

All rooms are air-conditioned, as are all other indoor spaces throughout the property, and feature dashing private balconies offering magnificent sea panoramas.

Guest House

Ideal for those that want their own space, the guest adobe has a suave en-suite bedroom with either 2 single beds or one double bed, and its individual entrance.

Lower Level

Besides a well-equipped gym and a massage room where you can rejuvenate your body and mind, the lower level also has the capacity to sleep two more people in its polished double en-suite bedroom. Its entrance is separate from other properties while the guest bathroom gives even more independence to those that will choose to stay here.

Outdoor Area

Spreading across a land of 4,000m2, the outdoor space of Villa Seduction impresses with the massive L-shaped infinity pool and plush sun beds, the swanky pool bar-lounge area (plus an equally sumptuous lounge area inside the pool), a more secluded sitting space for those alone times, the modern dining room for 12, and the BBQ section.

Whether you choose to head to Mykonos Town, which is a 3-minute drive from the property, hit one of the most popular beaches on the island, like Agios Ioannis and Ornos, treat your palate with delicious dishes from Nammos restaurant, enjoy a cocktail at Scorpios bar or just relax by the pool with a glass of champagne gazing at the endless cobalt of the Aegean, you can count on indelible vacation experiences.
